Walking, finally!

I have been anticipating Mallory walking now for about two months.  I thought she would certainly walk before her first birthday---I mean she's an EXPERT couch cruiser and she glides along walls like a professional.  But, just like I keep learning with her--she'll do it when she's ready.  So on the 16th, she was ready.  Here are a few of her first steps. Ignore the super proud momma in the background.  :-)

If you were to see her today, you'd think she'd been walking way more than two weeks.  But they say that once they start, they are quickly running.  She's been wearing me out the past two weeks, but it's okay.  I love watching how proud she is of herself!
