Science Center

On Sunday, we visited the Maryland Science Center in Baltimore.

Mallory had a blast!  I forgot how many cool things they have for kids!  When we first walked in, we immediately went to see the dinosaurs on the first floor.

Mallory was absolutely amazed by the dinosaur teeth.  As soon as she realized that she could explore, she was off and running....

She looked at the BIG dinosaurs with Gma, pushed a lot of buttons on the displays, colored a dinosaur picture, investigated what was behind the glass....

and she was not at all thrilled when I put her back in her stroller so that we could go upstairs.

Upstairs though was where the real fun stuff was!  We watched a movie at the planetarium.  She sat on my lap, leaned her head back and watched the whole movie!

After the planetarium, we went up to the 3rd floor kids room.  This was where we had the most fun!  Mallory played for a while in the room set up for infants and toddlers.  It had an aquarium room that was a water bed.  She liked walking from one end to the other and playing with the blocks inside.

We played a few other games in the kids room, climbed around in a "submarine,"  played with legos....

As we were leaving we played with the fan that was blowing stars around the entrance.  Mallory was amazed at the stars...Addie, not so much.

Then, it was time to dodge the raindrops and go home.  It was a pretty fantastic day, and I know Mallory had just as much fun exploring the Science Center as we did!
