We moved into our house a little over three years ago, and every year some new plant pops up in our yard that wasn't there the year before. This year, it's a flower next to our back door. Despite my lack of gardening, and the intense heat, this plant continued to blossom...
And it got me to thinking about how we are always given what we need to make us grow. I worry all of the time about what I deem as needs in our life, and God always finds a way to deliver them when I stop worrying and turn them over to Him. So I should probably stop worrying about things that are out of my control, and use that energy in a better direction.
Matthew 6:28 “And why do you worry about clothes? See how the flowers of the field grow. They do not labor or spin."
Psalms 103:15 As for man, his days are as grass: as a flower of the field, so he flourisheth. You are so precious!
