Here's the puree version:
Halve plums and remove pit. Do not remove skin!
Place plums in a baking dish.
Fill the baking dish with approximately 1 inch of water.
Bake the plums at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes.
Remove from oven, and let cool.
Remove plums from skins
Add a little bit of the water you baked them in.
Puree (I use my Baby Bullet, which I LOVE!)
