Oreo Cupcakes

So I've been saving this one for a few days because I've had a few other things going on in my life.  I figure recipe posts are good whenever you post them!  Each year we have a pot-luck lunch at school on the Friday before the kiddos return.  The Language Arts department was in charge of desserts, and as I have a thing for cupcakes, I decided to make some!  Here's my oreo cupcake:

I'm big into the semi-homemade thing, so this isn't completely from scratch, but that doesn't mean it doesn't taste pretty good!  :-) The bottom layer is an oreo cookie with one side twisted off, the cake is a Devil's Food Cake Mix, and the frosting is a cream cheese buttercream with oreo cookies.  Then, they are topped with a mini oreo. YUM!  I think we'll have to make these again!
